Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:\u00a0By completing a Reservation, Guest agrees to be bound by and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein, and as may be amended from time to time. Any modifications and amendments to the terms and Conditions shall have the same force and effect as those herein. Failure to accept\u00a0Denville Travel and Rock the Lady\u00a0Terms and Conditions of Reservation entitles\u00a0Denville Travel\u00a0to cancel the Guest\u2019s reservation without a refund.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Acceptance of the Cruise\/Cruise Tour Ticket Contract of Reservation Issued by Virgin Voyages:\u00a0Upon completion of either the\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0online check-in procedure or upon completion of such check-in procedure at the cruise terminal, Guest expressly agrees to be bound by and accepts the Terms and Conditions of Reservation of\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0described in its Cruise\/Cruise tour Ticket Contract. Failure to accept\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0Terms and Conditions of Reservation in the time frame and manner determined by\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0entitles\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0and\/or\u00a0Denville Travel\u00a0to cancel Guest\u2019s reservation without a refund.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Changes and Modifications to Terms and Conditions of Reservation:\u00a0Virgin Voyages\u00a0Ticket Contracts are subject to change at any time. Such modifications and changes shall have the full force and effect as a term and condition issued at the time of Reservation or completion of registration, as applicable.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cabin Prices:\u00a0Cabin Prices are based upon double occupancy unless a particular cabin is designated as a \u201cSingle or Solo.\u201d Cabin Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases of goods and services (including, but not limited to alcoholic beverages, spa services, gifts, specialty dining or any such goods and services for which the Cruise Line customarily charges a separate fee), medical expenses, and shore excursions (see below). There is an additional charge for 3rd and 4th Guests in a Cabin. The Cabin Price for 3rd and 4th Guests have the same inclusions and exclusions as stated above.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Payment Obligations Upon Completion of Reservation:<\/u>\u00a0Upon completion of a Reservation, Guest is obligated to pay the Cabin Price based on the occupancy specified in the Reservation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Obligations of the Primary Guest:\u00a0If the Reservation is shared by more than one Guest, the Primary Guest shall bear full financial responsibility for the Reservation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Guest making the Reservation is considered the \u201cPrimary Guest\u201d and is the \u201cowner\u201d of the Reservation. The Primary Guest will receive all communication from Denville Travel, is responsible for selecting the cabin at the time of the Reservation, and ensuring all payments are made promptly. Changes or modification to the Reservation must be made through Denville Travel and provided by the Primary Guest, and the Primary Guest must convey such changes and modifications to the other Guests on the Reservation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Payment Method:\u00a0Guest authorizes\u00a0Denville Travel and\/or Virgin Voyages\u00a0to charge Guest\u2019s Credit Card or other method of payment in accordance with the deposit and final payment policy.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Currency:\u00a0Unless otherwise noted, all prices on the website and any fees associated with the Cruise are quoted in United States Dollars (\u201cUSD\u201d), and all payments will be charged in USD. International Guests may incur additional fees assessed by their bank or credit card processor.<\/p>\n
Non-Refundable Payments \u2013 All Cabin price payments including deposit and final payment made to date or paid in the future are non-refundable. \u00a0By completing a reservation, the Guest agrees not to pursue a chargeback or any refund with their credit card issuer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Health Restrictions:\u00a0Guest agrees to comply with any and all health restrictions imposed by Virgin Voyages, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or any other governmental agency or body with jurisdiction over this Cruise Program. These restrictions may include but are not limited to vaccinations, testing, or other health-related requirements set forth by Virgin Voyages, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or any other governmental agency or body with jurisdiction over this Cruise Program. Guest is responsible for providing all information requested and for clearing any pre-cruise health, safety or travel requirements or limitations, regardless of when issued or applied. Denial of boarding due to failure to adhere to the above will not include any refund.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Right to Modify or Cancel Cruise, Including Entertainment:<\/p>\n
Right to Modify Cruise: Denville Travel LLC and\/or Virgin Voyages may modify itineraries and schedules, change onboard entertainers and schedules, modify amenities, limit access to onboard venues, deny boarding, and\/or delay or change departures or arrivals without any further obligation to Guest, and any such change or modification shall not include any refund.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Right to Cancel a Reservation, Deny Boarding, Removal from Ship:\u00a0Denville Travel and\/or Virgin Voyages reserves the right to Cancel a Reservation, Deny Boarding and\/or refuse service to any person, or remove Guest from the ship who does not adhere to safety, security and appropriate guest conduct guidelines and doing so shall not be include any refund.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection:<\/p>\n
Purchase of Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection is Strongly Encouraged:\u00a0As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly encourage Guests to purchase Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection, which can insure against many, but not all, of the causes of forfeiture of payments such as illness, emergencies or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection may be purchased directly through various outlets and companies. It is the Guest\u2019s responsibility to ensure that adequate and appropriate travel insurance coverage is in place. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Guests acknowledge that Denville Travel and\/or Virgin Voyages\u00a0<\/em>will not be liable for providing refunds.\u00a0<\/p>\n Timing of Travel Insurance Purchase:\u00a0It is recommended a Guest who wishes to purchase Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection through any insurance provider or agent do so at the time of completing their Reservation, as certain benefits are time sensitive, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) and coverage for pre-existing conditions. Though insurance may be purchased up to 48 hours prior to sailing, to secure the broadest coverage, Travel Insurance\/Trip Protection must be purchased within 14 days of a Guest\u2019s first payment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
